Got my sons iPad screen replaced and also asked for a screen protector. Was quoted $40 for the protector only for it not to be done because they didn’t have any in stock. Asked to be called when they had some in stock and they came through. Brought it in today only to be told it was now $69! If I was advised in advance that the price went up I would’ve at least been prepared. So angry.

After purchasing a Damaged LifeProof case I tried to return it that day, I was told by the staff they do not do returns but to lodge it through life proof. I did that and LifeProof sent me an email stating that new warranty says the retail shop can do the return. I went back and was told this is not policy and to call and email there business, the number rings out and you never hear back on an email. I would avoid if you expect anything else then them to take your money. I also have kept the receipt and packaging it came in.

Rang up to get a battery replaced. They told me they can't get that battery but if I bought one myself they could install it. I bought one online and had it shipped up, when I went into the store they refused to install it because they were to afraid they would break the screen in the process. They have wasted my time and money.

Very disappointed in the service of this store on Sunday morning.Fella unwelcoming, uninterested in talking to us about how he could help. Was more interested in palming us off to their other store in oasis. Answered phone while we were there and had a conversation leaving us standing there waiting for him. Walked out. Won't be back and won't be going to any of their other stores.
