I've frequented Kaela's Patch for two years. The staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. There is an extensive range of fabrics and bag making accessories. Kylie is a patient and knowledgeable sewing teacher. I recommend Kaela's Patch to everyone I know!

An ok selection of fabrics and an ok price range but the customer service was average. Was happy to have a long chat with the other person in store who spent $100+ but couldn't muster the same energy to even say hello when I got to the counter or reply when I said have a great day. Was disappointing.

Always a great pleasure to visit. The shop is so clean and well set out and Kylie and Anne are always very helpful and cheerful .

Have been a few times but really disappointed in the difference in service received, only time it was good,friendly and helpful service was when there was a good amount of money being spent, last visit she couldn't even muster a polite reply when I said Have a nice day, shouldn't matter if I'm spending $30 or $500 service should always be the same.
