Having researched extensively for our first spa, both online and in person at local spa showrooms, the Shelly Deluxe spa from Aqua Pulse met all our needs. Despite living in SA we had no qualms about purchasing from this Gold Coast-based company from the many, many positive reviews featuring both products and services.From initial inquiry through to after sales service, the team at Aqua Pulse Spas were tremendously helpful, courteous and friendly. The team at Aqua Pulse Spa were awesome to deal with! Always willing to answer questions and provide assistance. We are in Melbourne, they organised the delivery from Queensland. We opted to pick it up from the depot, as we were getting it craned in, but they also were able to quote on direct delivery, if required.Even when Transport delays looked like it was going to throw a spanner in the works, they were happy to jump on the phone and find a solution.Spa looks great and looks to be a very solid & quality construction. With a Full Metal Frame, shipped on a pallet on its side shows the shear strength. The spa was wrapped very well, with not marks, damage in transport and made it very easy to load/transport and lift with the crane.Now just to fill it up and hopefully I don’t need to deal with them again (as I’m sure we won’t have a problem with it!)Thanks again to the team at Aqua Pulse Spa (especially Jessica, Hayden and Sharyn)!

We live in Cairns and purchased a Lorne Deluxe spa recently from Aqua Pulse Spas. Stock options were great, sales service was excellent. Importantly, door to door delivery options were very important to us. I didn’t want to have to organise a pickup from a depot. From the start the team were extremely helpful, assisted with pricing for door to door delivery. We saved $1000’s and have a quality product. The spa was picked up from Yatala on the Monday and was delivered to our house 1600 km away 2 days later! . The company who delivered were amazing, assisting my wife ( because I wasn’t home ) and some friends to place it in position, unwrap and even give great advice on how to get it up and running. If your looking, I suggest checking these guys out.

Had a issue with spa not heating, called Aqua Pulse Spas and I must say there were extremely helpful and patient. Managed to resolve our problem over the phone. Can't thank them enough. Excellent knowledge of their product. Highly recommended

I highly recommend the team at Aquapulse Spas. We bought the Shelly Deluxe Spa, from purchasing to delivery to after service phone call was excellent.They are a great company to deal with, nothing was hard, the experience was awesome. I was in my spa 24 hours after purchase.Great product , Great value, Great customer service. The customer service is a big one, it’s a shame more companies are not like Aquapulse Spas.If you’re in the market for a spa go see them for sure. You’ll be sorry if you didn’t !!!!
