Australia Post - Richmond North LPO

Appalling that parcels are never delivered by this post office despite having a parcel box at our property. All we get are the cards saying they attempted to deliver. These are actually put into the parcel box. I've had 3 instances of this just this week as well as many others by my neighbours.I don't believe the parcels ever leave the premises with the postman - just the delivery cards and this has been going on for years. One parcel was small and flat, just like an envelope.! Mentioned to the attendant at the post office. He was rude and said call Customer Service to complain. Customer Service=zero! Not what we pay for when we pay delivery fees.

Disappointed. Wasn't supposed to be charged for a Reply Paid parcel but paid it at the request of the representative anyway. Later confronted him about it and all he did was lecture on how he didn't want to be audited because he no longer had the package. As a business owner and someone who's native to this area, I thought he'd recognize what to do with a package that clearly states Reply Paid. Feel scammed. Wouldn't recommend.

Great staff, rarely a line (if there is one it moves quickly). I'm going in to this post office weekly and my experience has always been fast and hassle free

the guys here are efficient and polite - surprised by the bad reviews. appreciative they always let me in despite never arriving earlier than 4:59PM lol.

Since moving to the area I have found that this Post Office, who are responsible for the parcel deliveries in the area, never bother to attempt to make deliveries nor do they leave cards for collection.So when a surprise gift is sent I have no idea it is even waiting for me until a week later and I am asked if I have received it by the sender. Then I have to track it down and surprise, surprise, it's at Victoria St Post Office. No card left and no follow up card received.Five parcels not attempted delivery over Christmas, one apparently at 5.30am on a Thursday and another at 10am on a Sunday. No attempts to ring the doorbell; we were home. No cards left for any parcels.Numerous promises by Australia Post to fix the issue, still no parcel deliveries.If you are having the same issue, ensure you make complaints via the Australia Post website so we can get this issue fixed.

Friendly and helpful!I used Richmond North LPO for my passport interview after a nightmare experience with Collingwood Post Shop earlier that morning.They held my passport interview without having a booking on a Saturday and were so efficient, friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I received a parcel card and went to the post to pick it up thinking the date meant to pick up before the date listed.When I showed the postal service worker searched in the back came back and said that it wasn't there. I asked why I would get a parcel pick up card if there was no parcel and he got defensive. I brought up an instance where the post sent a present back to Poland because we didn't pick it up before the date. This reference made him angry and he aggressively stated we don't make mistakes" and said that the tracking number was not legible

I would give none if I could. Didn't give me the two parcels - had to go back two days later when I was next free. Never answer the phone. Always a long line. Very slow to find packages. Wish my parcels didn't always end up here. Always dread coming to this PO.
