I literally love their work.Really!! I booked them on such a short notice,They came to my property, did an amazing job.I will recommend them to everyone.

I booked this company for a bond clean of a 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom house, and was quoted $890. They had asked for the address so that they could look at the place online, so I assumed their quote was accurate.On the day of the clean, they said that the total cost would instead be $1440, and would take multiple days due to unanticipated size and some cleanliness issues they had which would require extra work, and they were not going to be able to return to finish it until after the end of our lease.I am very disappointed that there was such a massive change and that it wouldn't be finished in time for the end of our lease, and we ended up requesting a refund, as we had already paid upfront. Not only that, but it took them at least 30-40 minutes to confirm the price on the morning of the clean, which resulted in me being late to work.Under no circumstances would I recommend them, as they don't provide an accurate quote before they start a clean, which may lead to you getting stung due to a lack of time before the end of your lease.

We had to get an end of lease clean with only 2 days notice. Not only were they able to fit us in, they were responsive and polite to talk to. On the day of the clean, they did an amazing job! We needed carpet and pest and they were done with everything by lunch time. They walked us through and everything was spotless - from floor to window sill. Our real estate got back to us today and said it was the best bond clean she's seen and that we'll get our full bond back. I'll definitely go with them again next time I need a bond cleaner. Absolutely useless. Avoid them like the plague. They do not get your bond back and will charge more than other providers. Once I raised the issues they stopped replying. Didn’t even turn up on time for the clean either.In regards to the response below - I booked a bond clean. With a bond clean guarantee. The only thing I was advised that they would not mop the balcony because the tiles were textured. I was not advised that they wouldn't even set foot on the balcony of the apartment, and leave it filthy. This was not the only issue - on the exit report completed by the real estate, the following was not clean: walls, toilet, dust on powerpoints, floors were still dirty, the aforementioned balcony and the skirting boards. When I contacted the company advising these were all of the jobs that were left to do, they went out to fix" the issues but I was advised that it was not possible to clean the walls without removing the paint. Myself (recovering from a recent surgery) and my mother (who has her own chronic health issues) then had to return to the property to rectify these. This "professional' cleaning service who took my hundreds of dollars were not able to do it

They made an estimate at a fairly reasonable price, and the cleaning were amazing.

We used Exit Clean Brisbane for an end-of-lease bond clean and they were excellent. Compared to others in the market they were great value, and did an amazing job. Our cleaner was on-time and very professional. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use the company again.

Would highly recommend you do NOT use these people as a bond clean.We got them in to do a bond clean for us as we were moving houses. It did not pass a terrible job had been done our realestate sent us the exit report as if they did absolutely nothing I contacted them they came back well at least they say they did but nothing was fixed.Floors still filthy, dust all over skirting boards, pantry floors and walls were not even touched, water marks all over shower screens, hair left all over carpets, marks out on walls that were certainly not there before. But the worst of all was whatever they use to clean the carpets the product splatted on the tracks of the wardrobe and from not wiping it off left marks and actually ate away at it leaving it to not come off and our realestate not happy one bit.I then contacted them to try and discuss and resolve the issue and no professionalism was had the lady on the phone admitted on the phone to me that she was just telling me she would call me back when she was not going to.They certainly need to take off there website 100% guarantee because I can guarantee you now you will not get it back!DO NOT USE THEM AS A SERVICE WASTE OF MONEY!!

I'm so satisfied with the full bond & carpet steam cleaning. Great communication, excellent job and focus on single details. I gave them a checklist from my real estate agency so I did not have to fix anything after that and got a full refund of my bond deposit. Great job! Thanks guys!
