One of the managers here is beautiful! One Staff member told me they had none left of the product I was after, and then I asked someone else (who happened to be the manager on) and she brought out at least 4 of them to me!!! All it takes is to have a little look to make a customer happy, thankyou!

Worst Customer service ever, purchased a watch pre stores closing down due to covid and was assured that I can come in and get the watch resized by them at no additional cost since it was a gift for my mum. When I came back the staff memeber names Celine was soo rude and sharp with her tone. Not sympathetic and rudely informed me to pay a get it resized outside despite the fact I was told by this very same store that there should be no issue. WILL NOT be spending my money no longer with this store.
