Green Gables Kindergarten

I have been very happy to send my two children to Green Gables Kindy. The teachers are caring and cater to individual childrens needs. The school readiness program is also fantastic.

I have 2 little girls and have always been hesitant about leaving my children with strangers. From the moment we set foot into the centre my wife and I felt at ease. The staff are amazing, the centre is beautiful and brand new, the programming is second to none and my kids have made so many good little friends and the community really has a voice. Stewart and Arianne are beautiful people and really care for the children. My daughter isn't comfortable around men in general but will hug Stewart every time she sees him. We really do not feel like our kids are being left at a centre but rather with family who genuinely care for my children. I recommend the centre to anyone who cares for their children's education and development.

Greengables has the most amazing teachers, they have all helped my 3yr old shine and thrive in daycare and I couldn’t see him being this comfortable at any other care. He has learn so much about bones and the seasons and how to write his own name and recognise letters and even how to control his emotions in just the last six months I am amazed! Thank you greengables for everything you have done to help my child grow into an amazing human! I’m so happy he has such a supportive and caring group of people to guide him into the next year of his life before he starts kindy.

Stewart and Ari exemplify the values of the school. The teachers are amazing and my son has learnt a lot from a brief amount of time. The rooms are spacious and comforting. Their child safety program and schemes are excellent. Food that’s provided consists of a balanced diet. Overall great experience!!

Absolutely fantastic, clean, daycare, very knowledgeable and supportive caring friendly staff, they are always aware of the children's needs, I've observed so many times that they adore the kids and are so so kind and caring. The space is new and the outdoor area is the best I've seen. the owners are AMAZING and very experienced (and also parents) Nothing is ever too much or a problem, they have gone out of their way to help me and my special needs boys. They're kind, funny and empathise with you as a parent. Can't recommend enough!! Seriously amazing and that's why they scored exceeding standards in childcare.

Excellent educators, especially Olga, very thorough in her debrief every time we pick up the kids. Approachable owners and genuinely willing to help. Great outdoor areas with different types of activities, our kids just love it!

I've had a really good long-term experience with the centre. Ari and Stew are very approachable, treat any questions or concerns I have seriously, and are very accommodating and flexible. The educators are *very* good at their jobs, and partner well with myself and my wife in kicking-off and supporting new learning-tasks for our kids (toilet-training, establishing routines, counting, sounding-out-words). I wouldn't be sending my kids here if I didn't have faith in the educators to do a quality job, and they strike a pretty even balance between formal learning and free-play which I think has been good for my kids (and sits well with my ideals). Staff turnover is low, which makes me comfortable, and I'm sure it has a positive influence on the kids (they took a while to warm to kindy, so it was good to have a consistent face to meet them a drop-off). Security is comprehensive (Electronic door at the front, and I've been stopped by new staff before and asked who I was - which I don't mind at all). On top of that, the rates are reasonable, the kids like the food, and don't want to leave in the arvo :)

Wonderful child care centre. Staff are approachable and genuinely care for the kids. Food is catered for and they love it. We can review the daily learning on the preschool app, and educators can easily reach out to parents this way too. Very accessible and lots of parking in the street and a few onsite. Safety is first rate. And they are exceeding national standards!

Green Gables is the first childcare I placed my daughter in when returning to work which as many may know, can be nerve wrecking leaving your child however, everyone at the centre has been great! there is genuine care for the kids and my daughter absolutely LOVES it! and so do I. They have great educational activities for the kids, great staff, great facilities etc. I highly recommend this centre.
