I Seriously doubt the 4.3 rating on this medical centre. Only medical centre who Ive experienced will send you back home because they are understaffed even if you go middle of day.We have experienced that with our child. Unfortunately The some of Docs I see, do sit here, but they seriously need to review their behavior!

Went to see Dr Zia and Dr Shapla and they both came across as friendly, caring and professional practitioners. The staff at reception has also been great and helped retrieve the MRI reports from the hospital imaging department. Overall, they are a great team and practice, highly recommended.

Highly recommend Dr Awais for those needing a circumcision for there boys.The process was very gentle and fast, During the recovery period Dr Awais went above and beyond to make sure all was well, he would call or text for check ups making things so much easier for my sons to stay home and heal instead of making an effort to go in person Especially living far from the medical center I was able to be home and not having to drive all the way out for a medical cert for the schools. So very thoughful of Dr Awais and we are very much satisfied with the service. My boys all healed and happy. Big thanks Dr M.Awais.

Dr Zia has to be the best doctor in Sydney. Treats you like family, he is very caring and tries to support you in any way he can. His diagnosis is great. Will highly recommend him.

Used to be a good place. Not anymore! Extremely long wait times, lack of doctors.We took our 6 month old there and Dr.Awais was rushing us out as we got in after waiting for over 1.5 hours. Did not do any of the required regular checks for a 6 month old. Seems like a very poorly run place with unprofessional doctors. Seemed like the reception and doctors treat their patients very differently depending on their background. Never ever going back there.

Some Dr's doesn't listen to your concern and start saying things that are not related. If you are tired from your shift do not turn it to your patients. Your patient's already sick and we do not want you to add up to our stress. Also, I have noticed some Dr's here doesn't do 5 moments of hygiene here. Some also keep touching there nose and ears without hand hygiene. Disgusting

Do not recommend going to dr Zia, seeing him is equivalent to not seeing a doctor at all. We were looking forward to seeing Dr Zia, but we were tremendously disappointed,.. as we were given hardly a 60 second consultation, and were arrogantly dismissed as if we had taken too much of his precious time. He didn’t take his time in examining the patient or the patients report. He did not state his clear diagnosis other than saying it’s nothing to worry about long as it’s not cancer. He did not give any clear time or referral as to what the next step is.

Dr Shapla Mahmud is a great doctor. I meet 6-8 doctors in last 3 year compliant sowalling in my neck but doctors said these my neck muscles.whrn I meet DR SHAPLA MAHMUD She diagnosed nodule at right side of my neck.After Ultrasound they find big size nodule in my neck on theriode.after biopsy I confirmed theriode cancer.then Dr tayabba Fatima organized surgerion appointment urgently and I had full theriodractom and cancer nodule remover Surgeon was amazed at doctor diagnosed at Dr Shapla Mahmud diagnosed. I want to tell everyone to see Dr Shapla Mahmud she is a amazing doctor and really help full and intelligent.Also thankful for Dr Shapla Mahmud and Dr Tayabba Fatima for helping me for urgent surgery and after surgery recovery.

Dr Awais is the most caring, understanding and professional family doctor. He goes above and beyond to serve his patients with 5 star treatment.I am glad I went to Ifamily medical centre.
