Having completed the TAE40116 recently with ITTA I can unequivocally recommend the organisation as being professional, accomodating, thorough and personable to deal with. ITTA made allowance for my own personal health issues and assisted in every way possible to progress my learning and understanding of what is a difficult and at times convoluted course. Special thanks to to my trainer, Cyril Wood for his knowledge and dedication and for always being available for a chat. Thanks also to Sandy Welton for her insight and comprehensive knowledge of the process. Both Cyril and Sandy were a pleasure to work with. Completion of this course has given me a new direction in life, one I feel will provide positive energy and pleasure in being equiped to face whatever challenges may arise. I've had a fantastic experience doing my Diploma in Leadership and Management with ITTA. I would like to specially mention my amazing instructor Kerry.Kerry showed everyone support and motivated us all to do our best with every single unit. Great experience completing the online Leadership and Management Diploma. It was all new to me, with online training classes and Kerry made sure we all were able to keep up, with recordings to follow. She is a great facilitator, very approachable and always available if we had any queries.Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to do the course.

I am so fortunate to have undertaken my Diploma of Vocational Education and Training at ITTA, the support of my study together with the assistance of my assessor made the experience achievable.

The nine months spent completing this course remotely was made possible by a combination of great teamwork with my co-students, but also the commitment by our instructor Cyril, to impart his knowledge and experience in this field. Recently completed TAE40116 via online workshops. The course material, support videos and learner guides coupled with the workshops made the course easy to navigate. The training was challenging but thanks to ITTA and in particular my trainer, Cyril, I’ve completed my studies and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

ITTA is a great organisation to study online through. Gaining my Cert IV in TAE was efficient, informative and streamlined. My assessor David was always on hand to help and made the whole process go so smoothly. I have already recommended ITTA to some of my colleagues.
