Ultimate Sounds

We found these guys at the Wedding Expo at the Perth Convention Centre and thought they looked ok so, we booked them for our wedding for April 2015. We soon realized that these guys are SO unprofessional and inefficient and it takes AGES for either of them to get back to you (If at all, especially from Daniel who hangs up the phone on you and Keith who takes a week to answer a simple question).You have to constantly keep chasing them for answers to questions when they should have got back to you days ago. We asked them to cancel our $250 deposit for our wedding in 2015 because of this basic incompetency to communicate effectively within an appropriate time frame with it's customers. I have booked another reputable DJ and paid a little bit more but I am getting the service that is required (as it should be). I don't recommend Ultimate Sounds to anyone for any event or any function as they are UNRELIABLE and INEFFICIENT. They have agreed to refund the deposit so I give them that.
