I first read the SPI article “ten properties in ten years” and at first, I didn’t believe a tradie battler like myself could ever achieve this. After attending an SPI auction, I meet some of the people mentioned in the articles. The results, people and business plans were legit!I quickly followed suit adopting the simple business model and purchased a little place in Campbelltown, which doubled in value within a few years. 6 years later I’m now running a portfolio of 17 properties with a yield of 8,18mil with a low LVR.The rents almost balance the entire portfolio and if the market just recovers 10%, I’ll make another cool 810k with no effort.My family now has no financial pressure to the point I now feel more stable taking more aggressive business risks when needed.This snowballing machine all started with the “ten properties in ten years SPI article”.Wishing everyone at SPI a happy new years and thanks for educating people like myself that we can get Infront with a little bit of education, discipline & grit.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I never signed up to their service and have been bombarded with spam emails. Terrible company and even worse customer service when I asked to be removed from their mailing list.

Never signed up for their 'my business' service and am spammed 4 times a week. Then couldnt e- unsubscribe...had to waste my time and ring them..
