Just got a hot chicken roll and chips and was given the roll but instead of chips got popcorn chicken, and when I said to the girl sorry that’s meant to be chips she just stared at me blankly. Got home (2minsaway) opened the hot chicken roll and OH MY GOD. The roll was rock hard it was only half full of dried out old looking chicken. I ate two mouthfuls before throwing it away. Scared I’ll get food poisoning. Very disappointing, every time I’ve gotten something from there the orders wrong or doesn’t look the best. Last time I get food from them.

The woman who served me today was nice and the meal was very fresh as I came in upon opening.Recommend the garlic aioli it's amazing, burger great flavour and not too heavy like KFC can make you feel, potato chips could be a better brand

Chips were lovely and fresh. I’ll always go there for the chips. The chicken fillet burger, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. It was a short 5 minute wait, but the chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the bain-marie for the whole day. Considering the good reviews other people have left about the chicken, mine was disappointing. Especially for the price.

Very unhappy with this Rosie’s chicken. I ordered chicken bits combo large. And we got chips and some sub or hotdog. And the lady who served us walked up and down in the place and didn’t give us our order after it was ready for a while. Unfortunately we were already 10km on our way to Brisbane otherwise I would have made a seen in store. Think this is very bad service!! After I read all this bad reviews, you will never see me again!!

Popped in to get a quick bite to eat and the girl who served me my food was so helpful and sweet. Before leaving I popped backed over to grab her name just so she gets the recognition she deserves. Not everyone has great customer service these days! She surely did . Thank you Jamie :)

Called in on the way home from Bundaberg to the Scenic Rim. Service was disgraceful and the lady behind me had her order thrown on the counter. I had a chicken caesar wrap that tasted dreadful and chewy, I had half a bite, spat it out and threw out the order. I should have taken it back.Once I decided to throw it out, I saw a sticker on the back with Tues" on it. I wonder if the wrap was made on Tuesday or will expire on Tuesday. This was Sunday that we visited.Coincidentally I have been unwell overnight and starting to recover this afternoon.Girlfriend had chicken popcorn (there was no chicken available for the hot roll....) and threw it out as it was like chewing rubber.Won't be back."

Worst experience and food. Girl on the front appeared to be generally unhappy to be there, chewing gum loudly and blowing gum bubbles whilst taking order. Took cash with gloves on but didn't bother to change gloves before touching food. Recieved the wrong order to start to which when informed the staff stared blankly back at us. Food was probably the worst take out I've ever had, chicken, bacon and cheese burger with no cheese half a head of lettuce and a gallon of Mayo. Chicken was tiny and dry, bacon maybe as well have been dehydrated and was just on eye of the bacon on whole burger. Chips were stone cold. Would not recommend and would never eat here again.

I was in Rosie's yesterday getting my lunch. I was not in a great mood but the service I got from the lovely blonde lady just brightened my day. She couldn't help me enough and she smiled through the whole exchange even wishing me a wonderful rest of my day as I left the store. Who ever runs Rosie's needs to let that girl know that she is a credit to her employer. 5 stars just because of her ✨️
