Went in to buy a bed base. Everything was very easy, and the base was delivered the next day :) The guy who helped me was very helpful and fun. :)

Order shipped, arrived in store 2 weeks later, went to collect, order cancelled by them and they explained it was cancelled due to the item being out of stock, not available in store yet I was able to purchase online and paid for it to be delivered to the Wagga Store.Items were apparently discontinued, long winded eye rolls on us asking if FF has shipping carriers to and from other stores. (not like every store has a carrier service)Poor quality, never shopping again. Formal complaint sent to head office along with all evidence of inadequate tasks. Uninterested in helping paying customers.

Products are good and good variety. Worst customer service. Rude behaviour by some staff at the Wagga Wagga branch. Would never like to go back there.
