Not happy at all with the service and when I expressed my unhappiness in a respectful way, the girl at the counter said “you can go to another pharmacy next time if you like”. I seriously believe the staff need training in customer service. Very disappointed. Now I understand why the store got so many one stars. People are sensible.

Small but well stocked shop. E-gift cards don’t work in this shop. Managed to speak to the manager about it. Such a very professional lady and willing to assist with the situation. Ended up buying online as click and collect using gift card and got the meds instantly as a solution. The manager has very good customer care and empathy too. Very good service. Highly recommended

The lady at the medication counter was very rude. She said the prescription was incomplete and wants me to go back to the hospital and have it changed because of the lack of information according to her, which I doubt. I said everything was written there what more does she need. It is understood to be an oral solution because it was for a child with weight, dosage and frequency included. She said I could go to another drugstore since she's not giving me the medication. It was an emergency medication that I urgently needed for my child. I do not understand what that lady wants but when I went to another chemist warehouse, they accepted the prescription without any questions. Details were complete from the prescription. I think she needs more training from her profession and she needs more customer service training too. Too bad I didn't catch her name. She is going to cause harm to patients. It was needed urgently and she should know if she knows what the medication is for.

Great staff who are overworked, always busy takes a good half an hour even if scripts have been booked for collection. Good value for money especially the perfumes.

Came here on a post-divorce sabbatical and could not be more disgusted with what I saw. I had to comfort one of the workers after the manager Karen abused them to tears. They were so understaffed they had to go back to work still crying. No one deserves this type of treatment and reminds me of what I experienced during my marriage. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was my favourite place to buy health and well being stuffs, beauty products and perfumes. The whole family actually buying stuffs here but starting today I myself and my family members will not patronise this store, will travel few kms just fine. You buy prescription meds and they will add and charge you with 1 of the script maintenance meds you previously bought from them which you do not need and not even physically get it. It happened to me 2x previously and I don't mind before because it was handled properly and explained to us that machine not scanning properly, but today it happened again. I bought a prescribed antibiotic, I paid almost 3x ($44.70) the actual amount of the antibiotics. As I left the counter I checked the receipt and it includes 6 bottles of prescription maintenance meds that was bought about 1 or 2 months ago. I am only 3 or 4 steps away from the counter when I turn back to approach the lady who served me that I was charge with meds I didn't get, then another lady zoom in and treated me like a thief. Announcing she will check the camera, did not even apologise to me and guide me to follow her,... she acted very rudely, it's quite a long story but the way I was treated is a very poor customer service, as if putting a customer to shame not even proven guilty. She should done company protocol discretely not announcing that she is checking the camera, it's like announcing/accusing me of doing something shifty that all other customers on the queue heard. She did not even apologise to me, she only apologise to me when I demand an apology. Hopefully they will do something about this. I will be gathering more info from other friends with instances like this. To all customers of Chemist warehouse Craigieburn, please get a copy of your receipt and always check it, it happened to me few times, pretty sure it happened to few others as well. It can be a glitch on their system but it gonna rip you off with your hard earned money if you are not aware of it, I got refunded for all those because I check the receipt and complain straight away. It is easy to miss because it is also your regular prescription meds they are adding/charging on your receipt. The pharmacist who attended to me today is excellent, she is good when I pull out my remaining prescriptions under sms free service reminder. Just sharing

Please don't go with the prescription.takes for ever to get a small medication. I have given a prescription they told me to come back after 30min.and came back waited for another 20min to get the medicine please add an extra staff.

I was here to get a stat dec signed and the girl at the pharmacists counter said they don't sign those there. I asked why and she said she doesn't know. I asked about the Merrifield chemist and she said they don't sign them either. Luckily I called them just to confirm and they said they do. Poor service, made me waste gas and time!
