The Black Gold team are fantastic. Booking with Therese was a breeze with very clear communication and info, and Yasser did an excellent job cleaning and treating 10 year old carpet so it looks and feels like new. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys are amazing. The man who came out was honest and upfront. He made sure to confirm the agreed upon quote before we started. No extra charges or hidden costs. They use top of the line professional equipment, and cleaning products. The results are amazing. Even on old worn carpet, it came up looking great. The service was quick and professional. The man arrived on time and did a great job. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned, and will definitely use them again in the future. Also, for the results that were achieved, the price was reasonable. Worth every penny. 10/10 would have them clean my carpets again.

Absolutely fantastic team and couldn't be happier with results. Therese was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help out with a letter to our realtors advising the carpets had been destroyed by the previous tenants in our rental (cats).Anjal was super friendly and did a great job both times we used Black Gold. Wow!Could not be happier with Yassers service today- I wasn’t sure if one of my rugs was saveable but he made it look brand new- not a mark to be seen!Our light blue suede couches were so grubby from 3 years of tradies clothes, kids spills and coffee spilling but they came up a treat as well.Absolutely recommend!

Yasser was incredibly polite, very thorough and more important, it was a great job. The couch was ten years old and now looks new; the carpet upstairs was almost black with dirt, now new again. If I could give them 10 stars I would! These guys were amazing in every aspect. Speedy responses when requesting a quote and booking in a time. Arrived on time and performed the cleaning in a timely manner. Super friendly and professional & as a bonus were advised of how best to care for the carpet and couch fabric from now on also to best avoid lingering stains! Could not recommend these guys highly enough- they should be everyone's go-to for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs! Thank you, thank you, thank you, when I thought the stains were at a point of no return after many cleaning attempts, our carpet and couch are like new again!
