CARe Park

Totally confusing. You enter on Seafarer side and you have to use LG pay machine, enter on Merchant side and you use Ground floor machines. And NO PAYWAVE! Seriously, it's 2022. Had to get a voucher from Woolies to get out of the car park. Parked here for Docklands drone display - so many confused people just like us. Took forever to get out.

Had to call the police to get my car out of this carpark. Stuck from 6:30pm until 10:15pm. I only needed the park for an hour or two. The poor woman on the carpark customer service phone line was clearly being overworked, what horrible management.

Change your name to WE DONT CARE PARK . I rarely leave reviews but this was the worst parking experience of my life. We and most other cars had to stay in the parking lot for 3 hours and more waiting to get out due to the front exit not letting people out. We were waiting from 9pm - 12am. They should not have charged us at all but they did. I am disapointed in their services and DO NOT RECOMMEND parking here. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY NIGHT.

Absolutely the worst car park I have ever been to. DO NOT park here under any circumstance if there’s any chance it might be a busy night around the docklands. It took 3 hours (no exaggeration) to get out of the car park because it was so slow to let cars out. Management on the phone were rude and didn’t care. Never going back. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Have been stuck in the Docklands carpark for over an hour after the Firelight Festival tonight. Have come back to the car to sit in it as the gate wouldn’t open at the front. All levels full of cars trying to exit. How does this happen in 2022? Seriously Care park change your name to something more appropriate for your company.Terrible service

I am extremely appaulled by the rates/charges aswell as the customer service I experienced, I had entered the carpark on Merchant Street in Docklands, upon entering I read the rates and it was extremely high ($23) for a 10 minute grocery run for milk. I was aware that ticket validation was available and opted to quickly run in and out and had a validated receipt from the supermarket that I tried scanning when I got to the machine. The validation on my receipt did not scan, I then called the number that was displayed in the machine, which continued to ring until it got disconnected without any warning. I then pressed the intercom button on the machine and a female answered, she told me that I needed to enter from a different entrance to receive this discount and that I need to read signs before entering the carpark, I had looked around the whole building and there was no signage stating that carpark validation was not accepted. She was very rude and even hung up on me, I called through again to get more of an understanding as I did not have $23 to pay for parking that I spent less then 20 minutes using! She refused to give me any of her details. I feel I was completely taken advantage off and will ensure that my experience using your service will be widely spread.

What a terrible terrible place to park. Accidentally parked here thinking it was the woolworths car park. 6 minutes too late for early bird, parked for 1:03 hours and the amount? 48 dollars.Yes, 48 dollars for about an hour. Contacted the operator who hung up on me. Sent a refund request email with explanation, just a 1 line denied email back. Wow, no Care Park ever again!

One of the most spacious car parks I've been in and one of the easiest to get in and out of, it gets a plus for that. But definitely loses points for clarity on signage, you're better off checking the website and planning. Early bird is great, but you have to leave AFTER 2pm. All other reviews are on the money.

In this parking lot if you park your car after 4pm they have a flat rate" of 10 $. I tried to use the intercom to ask them how mich I will pay if I pick up my car the next day

Not good at all, only one lift working. Also it took us 2 hours to get down from level 3 during fire light festival.
