They're great when you start your lease, however, good luck getting your bond money back, especially if you're an international student.

Very misleading and deceptive conduct by Lytin Real Estate. We wanted to purchase a property and was told the Expression of Interest deposit was non-refundable. The agent said it was a 'holding deposit', that once paid, another buyer cannot make an offer, hence it was non-refundable. They turned around and accepted the higher bidder and we had to seek lawyer advice to get our refund.

We just finished renting for 12 months with Lytin and had a fantastic experience - definitely the best agent I have rented through in the past 5 years in Sydney. Ivy and Grace were both very responsive and efficient - we had a very smooth entry and exit, and the few maintenance requests we had during the lease were addressed promptly. We also had zero issues with anything regarding the entry or exit report and received our bond back with no problems. I am not sure why there are not more similar positive reviews to ours, but our experience was very positive and I would be happy to rent with them again

Lytin are great to rent from. They must have quality landlords as well. They never make you feel like you are a bother and they make you feel as important as I'm sure they make the landlords feel. It's rare as a long term renter to feel that way.
