Would not recommend anyone insures with Toyota. They are extremely slow in resolving claims, even when you're not at fault. The service is absolutely appalling, fancy wanting a bank statement to prove you've paid your registration, even after a Vicroads receipt has been sent. They will try anything to reduce and prolong payments of claims.Ive been comprehensively insured with them for about 7 years, with no claims. Unfortunately ive had to find out the hard way that when you make a not at fault claim, even having the at fault drivers details, claims are slow and tedious.Please stay away people.

Very poor service . I have toyota comprehensive insurance . My vehicle got into an accident , which is other party's fault . Their insurance which is RAA approved the claim within hours. Toyata has not authorized the claim for nearly a month. When I tried to contact them wait time is 35 miminutes and when I tried to wait 35 minutes call drops. After trillion times when I contacted them they take all the details and when I told my problem they hangup never called me back.so frutrating. Terrible service .
