Phil Copp Photos

I just wanted to say a quick, but massive thank you to Phil for his Hughenden workshop.Phil's knowledge on all aspects of photography and camera functions is extensive. His patience throughout the course was apparent and appreciated by all, allowing me to fully appreciate the course! I now have my motivation back to continue learning and improving my photos (something I lost due to lack of knowledge).I cannot recommend Phil's guidance or courses enough, no matter what your skill level.

Phil has a wealth of experience and knowledge in photography and his workshops are informative and fun. I enjoyed learning about filters and how to incorporate these in landscape photography which is a skill you don't often see taught in an introductory workshop. I will definitely be enrolling in more of Phil's landscape photography workshops.

I did my first workshop with Phil Copp Photos recently. Phil was well organised and presented the information in a format that was easy to understand. Phil ensured all participants understood the information he presented and ensured everyone received all the help they needed. A very enjoyable workshop with the outcome of some photos I was very happy with. I recommend Phil and his workshops to anyone wanting to learn more about their camera and photography.

My 11 year old son wanted to learn photography as a new skill for his year 6 school mellior exi program. I contacted Phil after finding him online and he very generously let us join his Sunday beginners workshop. The workshop was very informative and really enjoyable. Phil also kindly lent us a camera for the afternoon and he was very patient with Nate and has offered to help him as he needs it. Nate said he absolutely loved it and he is really keen to start his newfound hobby.Thank you Phil for being so helpful, kind and generous and sharing your passion for photography with us. Nate is looking forward to getting his own camera and continuing his photography journey. Can’t wait to share some of his photos with you!

I used Phil for my wedding photography and the results were great. He was very patient when it came to listening to what we would like and when working with the bridal party and the page boy who is very young. From our first meeting , he was very halpful and made us feel very relaxed about our decisions. There were some stunning shots available quickly for us to share with those who were unable to attend on the day.I highly recommend him for any event that you're needing a skilled photographer.

Phil recently did some commercial photography for my company, a pine plantation grower. He was great to communicate with, organised, flexible and easy going on the day, had a great array of equipment, and worked well with the team and various subjects. Despite the challenging conditions outdoors in below average weather, Phil was able to pull out some great shots that were very pleased with. He has an excellent eye and the experience to capture what you need from the shoot, and a little bit extra. You won’t be disappointed with Phil Copp Photos

I thoroughly enjoyed the beginner course I did with Phil recently. He was patient very knowledgeable and helpful. As a true beginner and still trying to grasp the ins and out of photography it was easily explained and I loved the sunset session at the end . Once I grasp this I personally am looking forward to more sessions with Phil.Lovely man and I highly recommend him thanks phil and for the lend of your tripod on the day lovely to meet you …

Phil shares his broad knowledge of photography in a very candid, conversational manner, but still ensures structure in his subject matter. He ensures participants of all skill levels are catered for, spending extra time where needed. His sole focus is the participants, and ensuring they complete his workshops with a couple of good images at least. He is also very generous with his ongoing, post-workshop, support. I have attended 3 of Phil's workshops now, and can honestly say, they are not my last. I have no reservations in recommending Phil to support you in the advancement of your photography skills.

Phil took my son's formal photos. I cannot express how wonderful he was. From the very beginning Phil was easy to work with and he was really willing to work with us to get the best possible images. In addition, Phil was excellent value for money.

I used Phil for my wedding and it was great. He was fun to work with for taking some intimate photos with my wife on our special day and he was really patient when taking a big group photo with all of our guests. From our initial contact with Phil he was very helpful and knowledgeable and we got along with him very well. If I needed a photographer for another event I would definitely hire him.
