Recently had 5 motorized blinds installed by Blinds Decor.Everything went very smoothly from the first meeting till the installation.Dilip and his installers are very professional.Dilip even made changes so all blinds look same,even though there was slight incline in the frame work.Prices are very reasonable and I recommend this business to anyone needing outdoor blinds.

This has been by far the worst customer service experience.One of the shutters installed in our newly constructed property stopped working. It would hardly go up / down - we tried to call and communicate for months but Dilip was overseas and by the time he responded he just said warranty is finished.He didn’t bother helping out, checking the problem and taking into consideration that we’ve been trying to reach out to him before our warranty was finished.Don’t trust this guy.. check the papers and avoid his manipulation.

Salesperson was informative and walked us through various setup, colours, payment choices, warranties etc. We were able to choose our setup quite easily after the explanation. He also clearly indicated the next steps and dates.The installation people arrived on time and completed the installation within the stipulated time.Price wise, Blinds decor is cheaper for the same level of quality.I am very happy with the work done. We found Dilip from Blinds Decor after getting numerous quotes from other organisations who we just weren't happy with and didn't respect the heritage of our house in their recommendations. He was honest (maybe too honest, he could have sold me automation but instead said all i need was manual), not there to waste time, he respected the heritage of our house and understood the importance of aesthetics.
