Great spot to enjoy the beach. Nicely protected from the southwesterly, do good for afternoon swims. Was better because it was straight across the street from our accommodation.

Beautiful beach. Busy on weekends and holidays but not so much during week days. Can be some stingers but not too bad. Toilets are horrendous.

Absolutely love town beach Mandurah. There are two beach shelters from the sun, the sand is very fine in texture the Indian Ocean during the summer months is warm and easy to swim in. There are open bbqs and toilets outdoor showers lovely and quiet.

was nice but something on the rocky side stung me that made me feel nauseated and hot. so just be careful as never found out what it was that caused it.

Town Beach is a beautiful place to swim early in the morning. Perfect for families. And has good facilities and a grassed area with barbecues.

I can take my mobility scooter to within 10 mtrs of the water.There are also showers, a toilet block, BBQ and seating just next to the carpark.The water is warmish and clear
