Good store overall. Not very cluttered and easy to walk around, the staff here are very helpful, game selection isn't that large in terms of older titles, but the pre-owned selection is a little larger though.

Me and my partner went in today at around 2:30pm and were served by Leah and their lovely colleague (I’m so sorry I didn’t get their name!).We were after an xbox wireless adapter and couldn’t find any anywhere, however they knew the exact products in store and were able to recommend a product that did the exact same thing but was a different brand. It works perfectly! Thank you so much to both of you for your help - really appreciate it :)

Preordered A collectors edition of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet the dual pack one in November. When I got there they told me I only preordained the standard edition Scarlet.I went in today to get the collectors edition of Fire emblem Engage. They told me I only got the standard one, even though I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. Worst service ever. Either they pick up there slack or someone needs to train their employees better.

Came in the day a release date was announced for a product. Was told it isn't available to order yet. Been asking to get product every week for months, repeatedly was told it was not being sold yet. Asked recently and was told, sorry we sold out.Recommend spending your money and driving to another EB games instead. This one has terrible staff and clearly they do not know how to do their jobs properly.

Great customer service, didn't try and oversell. Really prompt at fulfilling the afterpay request. Was finished within 15 minutes. Was fine with me running off to grab a haircut while I waited. Double-triple checked my order was what I requested in the afterpay app. As I said- Really friendly customer service.
