Pearl Nails Roselands

Had a horrible older lady do my nails today. She had me soak my hands for half an hour to take off my sns. I took them out as my fingers were starting to shrivel and she got angry at me. I went to wash my hands and literally spent 5 minutes trying to wash the dried up acetone off my hands. It looked like my skin was peeling off. When I questioned her she told me it was my fault for putting my hands in and out of the acetone! I told her no it wasn’t, I took my hands out after half an hour which they shouldn’t have been in there for that long anyway. Also witnessed another older lady tell a customer she had to pay an extra $5 because she got long nails… she fought back and got her $5 back (her nails were definitely not long), and who charges extra for long nails? She seemed like a regular too. Won’t be going back after being blamed for something she did to me!

These ladies not only were being super rude but they cut my fingers multiple times but they also messed up a nail even and after I told them to fix it she didn’t listen. Don’t recommend!

Pearl Nails provided me with the utmost comfort as I got my nails done. Their attitude towards me and those around me was outstanding and very welcoming. The environment around me was also very clean and organised.It was a great first time experience.

Do not recommend. Please take notice of all the reviews - I wish I had done so!The acrylic infill and shaping was so poor I had to file my own nails before I left - even though I had pointed this out multiple times. The technician cut me on several fingers. Despite the advertised prices of services printed in their pamphlets and on the entry, they charged a completely different price citing 'inflation'. Not sure how inflation equals an additional $15.00 on top the printed price...

They are actually not as bad as what some of these reviews say. You just need to know who to see. I see Mya or Helen for my Infills and Sunny for my pedicures. Their work is fabulous and painting is exceptional… and I am very fussy…. That’s gotta say something.

Worst salon ever ! Every time I went in there I was charged a different price for a simple infill with a basic shellac colour. Women working there are extremely rude. They always rush to get you out as soon as possible. Honestly save yourself and don’t go the worst nail salon ever

The gentle man at the front desk was so very nice, I took my 4 year old granddaughter to get her nails painted as a treat. She wasso happy and excited. She was treated well and enjoyed it so much. Unlike the other nail salons that gave me a flat no ' when I asked if she could get her nails painted. Thank you so much for making a little girl so happy."

I hate giving bad reviews but people need to know how bad thus business is ! If I could give 0 I would.Both my daughter and I got a pedicure and the Elderly lady at counter was so rude, that was the 1st red flag.My daughter had acrylics and showed her she needed infill. She said $55 all up mine was $30.Half way through Elderly lady comes up to my daughter then says $85 , who does that !She was speaking in her language to the lady doing the nails , then look at us and then continue talking.The lady sitting next to me said how rude it was.To be honest I think they need to learn and speak English, it's very rude how these shops only speak an Asian languageFor me, my spa pedicure I had no foot scrubbing and hardly any cuticle work , basically cut, little filling and polish.I usually go to Lulu's for same price, great foot scrub and great cuticle work I should have waited the 90 minutesStay away from this placeAnd what's with old man walking around , I believe it's the older woman's husband, it does feel a little unnerving .
