Very very rude needs to learn how to run a business told him what I wanted said it wouldn’t fit mind you I’m a qualified mechanic and know what I’m talking about and have done my research before inquiring about the part waste of time calling him will referring all the people I know not to go there absolute joke

Rude bloke. Told him what I needed and what it was for and still sold me the incorrect fitting which was fine however I went back the next day to return the incorrect ones only as he didn’t have what I needed and straight away said no refund policy. There’s no policy stated anywhere on the store entrance nor did he give me an receipt with those purchase conditions. In the end I got my refund and left. The fittings wernt even opened still sealed in there packaging nor were they a special order. Worked in retail for over 12 years and this is definitely not how you run a business. Will never purchase from there again.
