There is no better location in Brisbane than Kurv, Newstead ! You are walking distance to absolutely everything you need. Grab a coffee, a meal, a beer at one of several breweries, take a stroll along the river, take the city cat to the city, the list goes on and on.Being a smaller building , you really get a great community feel living at Kurv. All the residents are friendly, respectful, and the building is kept in perfect condition. If there is a better property manager than Jacob Brown, then, well there isn’t. Period.Nothing is too hard for Jacob. We were made to feel at home before we had even moved in. In several instances, we had to ask Jacob for help and understanding, and he not only delivered, but did so professionally, promptly, and well above expectation. He always has time to stop and say hello - you’re not treated as tenants but as his guests.Jacob - a big thank you from us, we loved our time at Kurv and we hope to see you around Gasworks again in the future !

Living at Kurv has been a delight. The standard of facilities and up keep is next level. It's not often you come across a manager as passionate about the complex and your experience as Jacob and his team.

Love kurv building! The pool and garden. But Jacob is what makes us feel so welcomed and if ever we had a problem he is there. The best building manager me or my partner have ever had.

Kurv was such a beautiful community to live in and be a part of. The building itself was so lovely with amazing amenities and well designed. it had everything we were looking for in a rental property. The pool area was used frequently by us and everything was so well maintained. Jacob was so fantastic, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. He is so great at what he does, always having clear and open communication with us and resolving things very quickly. We are so sad to have to move on from Kurv, but would move back in a heartbeat. We are really lucky to have had the opportunity to be a part of Kurv.

A good building manager can make or break an apartment residence.Jacob is by far the best building manager I have ever experienced. Always available, punctual, reliable, and efficient. Keep it up Jacob.Employees can represent a company and reflect its culture. In this case it’s a good image!The building is great!Units large.Excellent rooftop pool and entertainment area. Quiet at night. Awesome position.I recommend to anyone.Once the construction across the street is complete, I’ll give it six stars.M

They say that hens teeth are rare and I would say great property managers are even rarer. Jacob is that rare one. At Kurv he goes above and beyond in his role. He can be counted on to make sure any maintenance is completed in a timely fashion. Unfortunately we had to vacate our apartment but me and my wife still talk about how fantastic he was to us. His attention to detail and genuine care of people is amazing.

We have owned and tenanted an apartment at Kurv Newstead since initial build. It has been property managed by Kurv Newstead Property Management the entire time.Our current Property Manager, Jacob Brown has managed our apartment for the last 5+ years. Jacob's passion for the Kurv apartments, the owners and the tenants is clearly evident in the fantastic service and communication he displays.As we live in Victoria it is so reassuring for us to know that we have Jacob looking after our apartment as if it were his own. He will call with updates and to have a friendly chat just to keep in touch - not just when there is an issue. His is extremely diligent and professional!The last time we spoke was Father's Day and Jacob was at the building sorting out a dishwasher problem with our tenant while his children were waiting for him. We have lived here for 5 years and only stayed so long because of how amazing Jacob was as our property manager. He was always kind and genuinely cared. He is the best property manager we have ever dealt with.

We loved living at Kurv. Our apartment and the building facilities including the stunning rooftop were first class. The building is managed to industry beating standards outstripping pretty much anything else you'll find in the market by Jacob and his team. Jacob took incredible care to both welcome us warmly when we moved, throughout our residence and equally made our move ridiculously smooth when we moved to our new home.
