Xtra Care is more than just a name...these guys mean it. I’d seen their work before and was very impressed but that didn’t really prepare me for the full experience. I presented Mark with a black VW Passat CC which hadn’t had the most caring previous owner. It sported chips, scratches and dents.You wouldn’t expect so much from such a competitively priced service. From the very beginning Mark was fantastically quick with communication and very accommodating given I lived across town. Mark was friendly and enthusiastic even though he had a very full plate.Throughout the process mark provided me with photos and videos which was really nice. I could tell Mark was passionate about craft and really treated my car as if it was his. Mark went above and beyond by taking the time to address the small misgivings over the 10 years my car had seen the road.I was so happy with how my car looked when I picked it up. I’m on a tight budget but that was worth every dollar.Payment and handover was very smooth. Again I could tell Mark was extra caring towards my car.If you’re after quick and easy interactions along with Xtra Care - you won’t be disappointed with these guys.
