This McDonalds is one of the worst I’ve come across! I highly advise you thoroughly check your food. To the point where you need to open burgers etc. chips are always cold, brown and not even to the brim. Drinks not filled up, you name it.Funniest part about it is theyve cut the number off so you can’t even call them to address your disgusting meal.Pity I can’t give them -0 rating.

Finally a McDonalds run by adults. Had awful Experiences with Bundamba and Goodna - this one was great.They still got our order wrong and we had to wait, but the customer service was great, they gave us these vouchers for waiting (I had no issue with waiting and tried to give them back), honestly the customer service was amazing.I would drive intentionally to this Maccas just for the staff. The coffee was also very good, most Maccas coffee tastes watery and ordinary, and we get it for the xo nvenance - they did well.Thanks for having us, will be back.

The young lady... maybe shift manager on Saturday late afternoon was bloody brilliant.. I think uber eats takes away customer serve now because there is so much pressure on the team to get uber orders out. It was very busy, not in store but with drive through and uber,but the young girl handled the pressure so well. Didn't get much of a smile out of her, but I did once I told her she was doing a brilliant job. I felt sorry for her.

I am (to my cholesterol's dismay) a Macca's ADDICT AND an uber eats driver, so i have had my fair share of McDonalds experiences. I can undoubtedly say that Michaela not only graced me with the BEST customer service I have seen at McDonald's, but perhaps left me with a deeply moving reminder of the kindness and energy and positivity that I am chasing in my personal life. Much love!

Sat in the que for 15 minutes, chicken burger had no chicken on it lol, nuggets where fried together so came out soggy and wet and uncooked. Manager on the phone was rude, no apology.Bad enough you have to taste your drink before you go to make sure the post mix isn't stuffed and double check sauces have been put in the bag now I have to start checking if burgers have patties on them?Easiest job on the planet and they still can't get it right. Maybe hiring high school drop outs isn't exactly working out.

This morning, on March 1st, 2023, at approximately 8:11am, I had an interaction at my local McDonald's that left me feeling disappointed. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have always had wonderful experiences there. However, this morning, when I went there with my children to purchase six hash browns, I encountered an issue that changed my perception of the service.At the serving window, I politely asked if the order could be split into two bags so that I could give one to each of my children and avoid any potential fighting over the food. To my surprise and disappointment, the person who initially served me snatched the bag out of my hand, which I found to be quite rude.This experience was especially frustrating because it was so different from my previous experiences at this McDonald's. Over the years, I have always received friendly service and excellent food, and I had never encountered any issues or problems. However, this one bad interaction left a lasting impression on me and has made me question whether I will continue to visit this location in the future.It is unfortunate that one negative experience can have such a significant impact on a customer's perception of a business, especially when they have had years of positive experiences in the past. While the improved service from the other staff member was appreciated, it did not fully make up for the disappointment caused by the initial interaction. I hope that this incident is an isolated one, and that future visits to this McDonald's will be more in line with my previous experiences.

Had a late dinner on 25th August around 8pm, we ordered via kiosk, foods came pretty quick & lovely staff members. Wonderful customer service! Restaurant Manager should compliment them all free meals!Fresh, hot, and delicious! The meat and sauces are perfectly prepared~Clean restaurant, unlike other M stores.Thank you and keep up the good works!

Really poor quality. Never any sauce and burgers are slapped together with no care. This is my 4th visit in the past 6 months and it’s the same everytime.Bland disgusting Classic Angus burger in photo for reference

Appalling service at the Mc Donalds at Springfield’s lakes. Been here a couple of times and never received decent service so I think it is time I spoke up after my last encounter here. Due to the terrible service in the drive through I left empty handed and a very upset child and a disappointed parent.

Just got dinner here about 15 minutes ago. I ordered a classic Angus meal with no cheese. After i collected my food, I immediately pulled into the parking lot and had to go back into the restaurant as my drink tasted like soda water with a hint of Coke.While I was waiting for my new drink, I witnessed a staff member wearing food prep gloves and texting on her phone for about two minutes before she put said phone in her pocket and went back to immediately serving food without changing her gloves.I then got home and started eating my burger only to realise that they didn’t just take off the cheese, they took off the pickles, mustard and tomato, leaving me only with a beef patty, some lettuce and an insane amount of mayonnaise. And what tasted like a cup of salt and pepper. I literally had to spit it out and throw it in the bin. Worst experience at a McDonalds ever.
