We ordered a zinger box and it came 1/2 piece of hot rod and the rest was just crumbs???Soo unacceptable deserves 0 stars.Also could not understand one of the workers he spoke soo fast and would not slow down his sentence despite asking him too.

I've been to this KFC branch several times, hoping that they were just having a rough day and would eventually improve their service. Unfortunately, each visit left me feeling consistently disappointed. Despite having my order listed first, they took an incredibly frustrating 30 minutes to prepare it. What made matters worse was that they deceitfully left out two large chips I had paid for. Throughout my interactions, the employees consistently displayed a rude attitude towards me, despite my best efforts to be polite. To add to the dissatisfaction, two out of the four burgers I ordered were undercooked, the gravy container was only filled halfway and had hardened, and the wings were dry and lacking in meat. The overall quality of the meal fell far below the usual standards I expect from KFC. Furthermore, the tables were disgustingly dirty, and even the tenders I had were disappointingly soggy and moist. On top of everything, the regular chips I specifically requested with extra salt were completely devoid of any seasoning and tasted like raw potatoes. It was an utterly disgraceful experience, a complete ripoff that certainly isn't worth your time or money. It appears they make significant efforts to provide customers with the bare minimum while delivering unacceptable quality.

Additionally, the regular chips I ordered with extra salt had no salt at all and tasted like raw potatoes. It was an utterly disgraceful experience, a complete ripoff not worth your time or money. It seems they go to great lengths to provide customers with the least possible accompanied with the unacceptable quality.

I’ve come to this kfc many times, in hopes that they were just having a bad day and we’re gonna change their ways. They spent 30 mins to finish my order even when mine was first in the list then they scammed me off two large chips, I was receiving some really bad attitude from the employees even when I was trying my best to act nice, two of the go four burgers weren’t even cooked, the gravy was half filled and hard, the wings were dry and had no meat inside it, the meal was horrendous for kfc, and the tables were extremely dirty, the tenders were soggy and moist, and the normal chips I had with extra salt, didn’t have salt at all and tasted like raw potatoes, despicable and a complete ripoff, not worth your time and money, what in utter disgrace, they’ll do anything to give you as less as possible with the worst quality.

Too slow, ordered online pick up ended waiting for almost 17 mins just for 6 wings and chip. The girl at the counter is not good at multitasking, instead of waiting for burgers for other orders she could have made my orders instead. Whats the point of online pick up then if we need to let the staff know in person then they will start prepare the meal?

I ordered zinger box today just few minutes ago.My order is missing fries.I said no gravy but they gave me gravyAnd see the condition of chicken.And they don’t give you receipt for the orders too. When asked says our machine is broken most of the time.

I bought the app only cheap as chips meal. When i went to pick it up and i had pressed I am in the store. They made me wait 20minutes before giving me my meal. Then when i asked for the pieces i preferred. They said we can't do that. They wanted to give me the pieces they picked for me. I am the one paying for the chicken. So i should get to eat whatever pieces I want. Not the pieces they chose for me.

I normally buy takeaway, and my orders have been delicious and correct so far. The place is quite small.The wait is sometimes long if you buy during dinner time.

I wish you could upload smells or taste for this occasion because the wicked wings smell and taste like smoke. Actual cigarettes. (Disclaimer: I don't smoke)The chicken is deep fried, there is no smoking process to the chicken so where is this coming from? It smells rancid and tastes worse, not like a nice smoked cut of meat. So I am confused and concerned, what is going on?Couldn't swallow it; nasty. Used to eat here often. Never again.

24/05/2023. Ordered my food at 5.20 pm today still haven’t received it, and it’s 6.28 pm now. I guess service is based on one’s post code.Delivery times seem to mysteriously increase. Now it says 6.41 pm estimated deliver time. Very poor service as I am a regular customer. Unacceptable will be my last order from that venue. 6.47 pm now.I live in south Strathfield and my KFC IS IM Campsie. 6.49 pm now. Amazing thing is no one seems to want to answer the phone. 6.50pm.finally got my food 6.54 pm. Driver informed me that KFC Campsie didn’t call him till 6.23 pm and hour after I put my order in. I’m out no more kfc.
