Chicken was so greasy didn’t taste right the chips soggy and no chicken salt so dissapointing. I never get the chicken pieces I ask for . Pathetic.

The worst of the worst, half an hour wait on an order that was already made, no service, employees careless. Cannot understand when things need to be cooked to avoid running out, don't even have the brains to restock the fridge when something runs out. One employee literally has back turned on q of more then 3 just having a chat while there's no chips, no chicken and fridge is empty. Absolute joke of a place and if you value your time I recommend you stay far away.

Extreamly poor service from carley, my box was squised and claimed my burger was made correct when i know i edited the burger. Asked if she could have it fixed and she denied and refused to help me. Considering i have had this issue before darren (the RM) was keen to fix it. Very poor from her.

We ate the crispy chicken finally! When we dined in, someone threw the glasses to the front door. The staffs are so friendly to remind customers being careful and helped to clean efficiently. Thanks so much.

Worst KFC ever, owes me a $50 refund since 12th December 2022. Called 3-4 times and each time was promised a return call to sort out my refund, never happened. Wasted my time driving there as it's the principle of the situation and they do this to so many people, again was promised a resolution and phone call the next day, nothing. So had to put in a paypal dispute. You have to also check the order before you leave the store every time as they constantly are missing several items out of each order. Probably 50% of the orders are wrong that we've picked up. Go elsewhere....

Food and service all good but the state of cleanliness outside the shop is terrible. There is not even a bin provided outside the shop for people to dispose of their typical KFC rubbish. This affects the whole look of the complex including Coles express and Dominoes. Surely all these mega businesses can come together and provide at least one bin for their customers !
