When you engage a legal representative it’s not only important that you feel comfortable with them understanding your matters but also that they are contactable when those “out of hours “Emergencies can arise . Lachlan is always there when you need him . He Goes out of his way to help you in times of need . I highly recommend his services to anyone needing legal advice or support.

The grants manager laughed at me when I explained the horrible situation EATS left me without any representation. He did not seem to care that I was left without advocation, showed no duty of care to me and Legal Aid themselves had organized for EATS to represent me to begin with, after I went through all the checks, appointments and forms legal aid required from me.I have had to sign a legal agreement I don't understand, the Grants manager (I can provide the name if required) didn't even care about me signing set paperwork.And didn't show any concern or care to how my case had turned out. I have witnesses to the entire phone call with this senior member from Grants Team. Thanks for leaving me in a horrible situation you helped create.

Told my solicitor that I wanted to defend against charges because I was innocent and the police were making up facts, to the point where even the supposed victim said the facts are false. Instead she tried to tell the magistrate I'd be pleading guilty. Misconduct much?Giving an extra star because the lowest rating goes to the cop shop instead.

Said they will email me some information , I never received a email.And I don't want to wait on the phone again for 30mins and have to explain my problem again.

Waited for a while and was talking with the guy. He was looking for an appts to speak one of the lawyer, then the phone cut off. I waited for a while maybe he can call me back because he took my phone number. However he didn't call me back!!! Sometimes I believe they do it on purpose.

If you have the funds to go with a private lawyer do it. They don't care about your matter, they call you couple of days before your court date to sound like they actually care but on your court date you pretty much are chasing them about your case. Had went to court to find the legal aid who was representing me, was away and had a knew legal aid who was rude about me asking question about my case. She had the nerves to say that she has to hurry up she can't be wasting time as she's got other cases when all I was trying to tell her that I had updated my address at court aswell with wanting to know what will happen. I've called so many times to followup about who will be representing me, still they tell you they will send a email to who ever is representing you for them to call but don't. I've had the worse experience with legal aid and even till this day with me going to court about the same thing. They get payed pretty much for nothing. I don't know how they get qualified for a job they don't even care yet alone try to make an effort even when your trying your best

They defame men who are without financial help and predetermine the case for men as hopeless and that this formed the basis of denying fathers application to legal aid.. in order to serve the new religion of state of woman's rights in order to appease medieval stakeholders, at the cost and detriment of the people. but the universe always falls back into equilibrium

Had some decent info, but tone of voice could have been better . After about two weeks to finally get to the receptionist. I never spoke to a lawyer. But I guess the male receptionist was somewhat helpful.

My lawyer Tania was amazing and helpful the whole way through!
