Outstanding effort from Janine and the team to put together 20 tasty Chicken burgers for the crew.We had to travel 40 minutes back to base before devouring them.The seeded bun was toasted nicely, with a generous dollop of mayo. The crumbed chicken breast was fried well on the outside and juicy on the inside.Heaps of shredded iceberg, sliced tomato plus a nice slice of beetroot to finish off a pretty tasty effort!
