Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a manager tonight for yelling at a family for not putting their rubbish in the bin.You yelled at her from across the carpark! Will be taking this further.The bins were over full, what did you expect them to do?

If your going to sell 1.25lt coke offer cups... people do eat in. Instead we were offered empty gravy containers. The young girl also was putting her fingers all over them while talking to another employee at the back. Asked her to replace them again. Service very poor even little things like forgetting our sauce you charge 1$ for it but they don’t ever put it in the bag til u ask. Asked for fresh fries was not fresh.

Prefer a red rooster over a kfc anyday. The young staff are super friendly and have never had any mix ups. Recommend their fried chicken or a rippa tender roll, give it a go!

My wife and i got a whole chicken deal with large chips and potato gravy,absolutely the best chicken i have had,so juicy and succulent and soft the chicken breast melted in your mouth like butter,the rest of the chicken was cooked to perfection THE BEST CHICKEN I'VE HAD,i can't believe how good it was keep up the good work team we will be back for more of that succulent great chicken A+++++++ excellent

Purchased two Rippa meals and as I've always enjoyed these meals, what I received was an absolute disgrace as the photos shows. Regrettably this will be my last visit to red rooster as I believe that what I pay for I'm entitled to a decent meal not the trash I got. Yes burnt chips stale bun and hardly any chicken.

The food was cooked to perfection. Absolutely brilliant, the roast chicken was SO juicy and the burgers tasted immaculate and perfectly constructed. Whoever worked there in the back on Saturday at 7:30pm is a beast. Keep it up guys!

Worst meal we have had. Super salty chicken piece, terrible tasting chilli sauce on my burger, artificial gravy went to the bin, chips were old and broken left over pieces. Introduced my 10 year old for the 1st time but it is now his last. Stick to your traditional chicken and leave the burgers to oportos and KFC. Service was good, toilets blocked and nearly overflowing.Follow up. Had a request from HQ to send a email which I did.The manager of the store called me, made a few excuses and tried to convince me that they had a lot of orders and was busy on that day (which wasn't true) then hung up.Very unprofessional

Foods okay staff are friendly great place to sit and eat your meal but a better place to find out free and budget campsites route. Australia is on YouTube with Oz RV travels every Thursday night a new and three budget campsite is online around Australia.
