The response from your team that handles the quality of your products is utterly confusing. We have sent photos and the invoice to you and your staff still reply they are unable to find our order. Stand by your products and sort out our complaint, it is quite simple. Support team, one star is too generous regarding the responses received to date. To all prospective buyers, be very aware, they do not stand by the products they sell.

This review is specifically for freedom help centre, not the nunawading store. We ordered an ambassador coffee table in March and received it on the 22nd of august. It was delivered with the glass completely smashed. Was asked to lodge a claim online via freedom help centre which I did on the same day. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth emails simply to request for an exchange. It’s been 2 weeks since I made the claim, and the replacement has not even been ordered yet. They called us several days ago only to ask us whether the broken glass belongs to ‘box 1’ or ‘box 2’…surely, this is something they should be able to find out on their end? Have tried to call the store to expedite this process since it’s been nearly 6 months since initially ordered the coffee table. Unfortunately, they cannot help us because they are awaiting instructions from freedom help centre. Very disappointed.It’s been 4 weeks since freedom has delivered the broken glass. They delivered the replacement this morning but they have sent us the wrong parcel.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Freedom regarding a refund issue that has yet to be resolved since November of last year.I purchased 4 dining tables and a dresser on 27/11/22, and only the dining tables were delivered in February 2023 without any notice or advice regarding the dresser. After enquiring with customer care on 23/2/23, I was advised that the dresser I ordered is no longer available and has been voided from my order. I then emailed customer care on the same day to ask if the refund could be processed remotely, but received no response.Despite following up several times via email on 5/3/23 and 7/3/23, I did not receive a response.I was eventually visited the Nunawading Freedom store and was informed that I had two accounts with Freedom and that one of them had no mobile number to contact, despite having sent multiple emails. To process the refund, I was informed that bank details and a photo ID were required.I sent an email on 3 April 2023 with the requested bank details and photo ID for the refund process, but did not receive any response or even an automated email acknowledging receipt of my email. I followed up on 5 April 2023 and 6 April 2023, but still received no response. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and unsure if this matter needs to be taken to Consumer Affairs to resolve the issue, especially after chasing the refund ($349) for 4 months.13/4/23I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Nonawading Freedom. Last year in December, I ordered an item that was later found to be unavailable. I was given the option of either a refund or store credit, and I chose a refund. However, it has now been over two months and I am still waiting for the refund.Despite numerous attempts to follow up with customer service, I have yet to receive any confirmation or update from Nonawading Freedom or any of their branches. As a result, I am leaving this review in the hopes that it will prompt them to take action and reach out to me to resolve the issue.It is frustrating that I have to continuously chase after my refund, especially when all the necessary information has already been recorded and no verification is required. I am tired of this situation and am losing confidence that I will ever receive my money back.Update on23/3/23Nothing has been done.

We bought a tan leather recliner in June 2020, it got delivered on the 20th of December 2020.On 15th ofJanuary 2021, the recliner stopped working. After lodging a couple of requests via email, we had someone visit from Freedom to have a look around June 2021.He informed us that he will get back to us but never sent us amn email .Since 2022 we've been chasing Freedom Nunawading to assist us with the faulty recliner sold to us but in vain.

Had a fantastic experience at this store. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Deb served me and went out of her way to listen and then organise a return and replacement of a product without any fuss or bother. I don’t live near this store, but I will go out of my way to buy from there again. Thanks Deb

appalling service! I ordered a sofa in Jan 2022, delivered in Sept 2022 , sofa damaged. Said they would replace sofa and today they delivered the wrong colored sofa because they ordered the wrong one. Have been unable to contact anyone to sort this out. Never again will I purchase from Freedom. And again, May 2023, the replacement sofa was delivered- yes, it was again the wrong colored sofa! The follow up from the Freedom help Centre has been appalling. The person who called was patronizing and condescending. Kept stating that I had rejected three sofas- I refused delivery as one was damaged and two were the wrong color! Shocking attitude and service.

In February 22 we ordered a leather sofa from Freedom Nunawading. It took 6 months to arrive and within 6 months of having the sofa an arm rest has collapsed. Do you think this is reasonable?When making a warranty claim, the manager of the department told us We had applied pressure by sleeping on it or leaning our elbow into it.
