Purchased the pink goblet glasses. Unfortunately even with delicate care 3/4 broke somehow. Told the company what happened and they replaced the full set, even delivered. I couldn't really believe it. The manager Gordon goes above and beyond and was exceptionally understanding and kind and because of him i will continue to buy these beautiful products. The service was more then i ever could have expected.

Very lovely products, many with French flair. Delightful customer service from Gordon and Lia - and the shop is in a beautiful neighbourhood so it’s well worth a look in person, online store is also comprehensive.
