1 star - my friend came through tonight and has cerebral palsy, came through drive thru, she does have a speach impediment but you can clearly understand her. Was told they can not understand her in a Rude way and told to come to the window, came to the window and still told they could not understand her, she left and cried as it is not her fault to have this condition and a little bit of compassion or help with the order would have been great, she then went to springfield red rooster and ordered flawlessly. I believe your staff need some training about retail operations and customer service, please look into this as I do not want this to happen to someone else.

Had to repeat my order 2 times at the drive through. Waited nearly 10 min for the car in fronts order then when I got to the windows, my order was wrong and then had to wait for them to make what I actually ordered. Not normally this bad.

Pretty sure the chicken was cooked more than once.... Batter was way too thick .. Oil needed to be changed that's for sure, tables not wiped down was pretty dirty

The man name Danik is the worst customer service ever . Charged my husband’s card twice and said the refund will be in two days. Wish I read the reviews before I made a purchase. I do not recommend.

Quality of red rooster has dropped dramatically. The Rippa combo is now smaller than my hand with two little bits of chicken. At least the chips were hot after I sent the cold and soggy ones back.

The worst. Went through Drive Thru last weekend, ordered a family meal and a couple.of.combos. THEY DIDNT INCLUDE THE WHOLE BLOODY CHICKEN !!! Logged a complaint on the Red Rooster website, rang the store and left multiple messages, no one has gotten back because they don't give a hoot. That's a week to respond. Nothing!Avoid this useless place and company.

Came through drive thru tonight to get some dinner. Service was a bit poor as they didn’t seem to understand what I was saying through the speaker box. Wait was also an issue as it was almost 20minutes long.Received our meals and got home, our chips were well undercooked, white and inedible. Sweet potato from the roast was also undercooked and hard in the middle. No extra salt was added to chips as I have mentioned to staff multiple times just in case.Just wanted a decent meal after a long day. Cant drive back now as it is a bit of a drive.Very poor service over all.

I purchased the deep fried meal. $31.00 it is so dry I can’t eat it. Very disappointed. As pensioners we don’t get take away very often but this was a waste of money. It was the Goodna store.
