Worst customer service experience.Beeides being rude they don't make any effort to solve the issue of my brand new car that supposed to be under 7 years warranty.Nasty people, really I don't wish this awful experience to anyone

Kurt was polite and well presented. Showroom neat and tidy. Stock nicely presented. Organization of paperwork a little slow, but overall good service, deal and left happy.

Bought demo MG HS 14 Aug. Demister, aircon and windscreen washers not working. Poor pre delivery servicing. Promised full tank of fuel, got under half. Put mudflaps onto wrong car, had to change them on pick up day. Car not detailed well. Still in service Department a week after. Really don't want the car any more. Likely to involve ACCC to return car and get my trade in back. McGrath moved from Goulburn after developing a poor reputation for after sales service and sub standard service Department. Looks like they have taken the reputation to Queanbeyan with them.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the unprofessionalism demonstrated so far. It's been 6+ weeks since I made contact regarding a blown head unit that controls audio and displays reverse camera visuals and temperature readings, and still no movement. Two weeks after the car inspection which took several hours, I was called by one of their professional technicians asking what type of reverse camera installed in the vehicle because so far they could not make this determination. He was more worried about the company paying charges to return the wrong part than the effects on me. Also, he argued that it was NOT common sense for him to contact KIA to obtain this information if he had no idea at the time of inspection. I've spoken to KIA and within 2mins they gave me the information. I purchased my vehicle brand new from John McGrath Queanbeyan 3yrs ago! No response in last 4wks from John McGrath!

Absolutely hopeless management in the “service” department and refusing to fix a faulty Isuzu canopy until they hear from the Isuzu HQ there first attempted to fix the problem was 2 bits of duct tape which lasted 2 days before the glass rubbed through it and ate through the paint and now stuck with a glass window about to fall out and no hope of getting it fixed after they where notified on the 21st of December to come in on the 10th January and it’s now the 6th of February and all they can say is we’ll let you know when we hear from Isuzu. It’s just not good enough and now when it rains it comes straight in on to my arb draws and fridge.

DMaX service completed yesterday with no complaints, in fact vehicle was cleaner than when I left it (joy of living on gravel roads). McGrath continue to provide great service. Shout out to Adam, who was very friendly and competent. He told me what would be done and didn't push for any unnecessary add-ons. All expectations met and exceeded in some cases.

Booked my car in to get my air conditioner repaired as it was leaking fluids in the car. The mechanics couldn’t find the reason for the issue and tried to charge me for a full service when explicitly booked in to check and repair the air conditioner. Terrible service, never going back do not recommend for anyone. Highway robbery.

Poor service! Go somewhere else. Bought a Brand new MG and after a week problems started, took it back to them and was told it's the catalytic converter, the guy from Service Department blames me for stuffing something to the exhaust. What a proper tool! Been 4 months they haven't rectified the issue. Keeps avoiding the calls. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely poor service from management, get told lies, get told rubbish, blaming staff, blaming COVID, blaming equipment, blaming everyone except themselves. Still waiting for my car to be fixed well after 7 weeks locked up in their workshop. Very frustrating....never ever will go back. (once I get my car back)
