Tahlia was patient and understanding as well as knowledgable with products.Products are fairly priced. I also unfortunately had to return a product and the refund was processed quickly and smoothly which is sign of good customer service.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the products are very reasonably priced and available immediately. There were also some excellent markdown items which we purchased allowing us to save further money and have quality stock. Highly recommend having a look at this place before purchasing elsewhere.Very High Quality products. Not just low prices and cheaply built cabinets etc. We were very surprised by the level of quality on sale.

Cabinet not yet installed so can't make an accurate statement. Wasn't all that happy with the delivery as it arrived on a pallet and we live in a retirement village. The product is nice and the people in the store are very helpful. The delivery man was very nice and helped us even though he wasn't supposed to. they really need to improve the delivery method.

We ordered online after struggling to find quality items in Cairns that weren’t price inflated due to lack of supply.We are exceptionally pleased at the quality, speed, customer service - we had to ring because I ordered the wrong way facing sink and flat rate postage. Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Thank you so much for making our renovation simple.

I was helped by Liam and May.Amazing customer service and attention to details and my needs.Didn't push more expensive products and understood what I'm looking for. Adviced immediately if something is not currently in stock and I was given other options in order for my timeframe to be met.I've picked up half on the order today and I'll return with an update on my review since the other half gets delivered.Happy customer - Arova is bathroom accessories with reasonable price and good customer service!Highly recommended!
