I can't speak highly enough of Nick from Metropolitan Electrical Ottoway. He arrived the same day that I contacted them and work was able to begin immediately. He was knowledgeable, understanding and came across as genuinely trustworthy. Even on his day off he was solving our problems!The job was much bigger than we originally anticipated, but Nick & his team worked into the night and were back again first thing in the morning.  There were a couple of small issues we noticed after the job was finished, but he arranged rectification of the problem within half an hour of my call. Meanwhile, we're still waiting for phone calls from the companies we first contacted!Nick is a huge asset to the Metropolitan team. I appreciated the time he took when we were stressed & needed to be heard, his patience, sense of humour, honesty and professionalism. We never expected such a large expense just before Christmas, but I'm grateful that we chose Metropolitan.  I highly recommend them if you're looking to have the job done right with, hands down, the best customer service!
