Called in this morning 9:30AMMechanic Jarryd was very helpful and good customer service skills..Even just for a $24 purchase for 4 valve shims was very reasonable and he was happy share his advice.

I had my motorcycle serviced recently with Whinner Motorcycles and I have to say that I have never met such a professional group of people. From the initial phone call, to speak with the service mechanic and the admin staff at the end. It was a great process. I knew exactly how much the service was and they kept me informed as to the progress on the bike. Fantastic group of people and the bike never sounded so good. Can't believe the positive reviews on customer service. Rang and spoke to Anton re work required and was told they were booked up until next week. In the middle of replying that I would ring around and may get back to him when I realised I was talking to myself. He had hung up! That attitude speaks volumes about what you can expect here.

Anton took on my job, I had tried another repairer that had them 7 weeks and couldn't advise me when they would be done (Wheel lacing & tyres fitted), I took them to Whinners in which Anton advised 1-2 weeks.I received a call a day after dropping off that they were ready to go, he did say if his workload shifted they maybe quicker.I may have got lucky as such but his word was true and fair. I had another bike previously into their workshop for a RWC, it was prompt, thorough and most importantly safe for the next owner.Would recommend highly and will certainly use again.

New owner Paul and mechanic Jarrod are easy to deal with . Left my bike there without notice , they told me it would be 2 weeks and it was they fixed my bike cheaper than I thought it would cost , even after another place in Cranbourne couldn't fix it . I highly recommend these guys truly professional from start to finish . I could not be happier.Thanks guys !

Is the address correct? drove 40 min and couldn’t find it. Called 10 times, and still calling no response. Going to another store nearby. Absolutely appalling.
