Special were definitely value for money and tasty. Two complaints...Unfortunately, customer service is appalling. Lady behind counter became very angry when I returned to question the amount on my bill. I will say she did apologise for her behaviour. Cost for Fish n Chips lunch dish is over the top -$32. Does not come with salad...garnish only. Size of fish in lunch special was 2/3 size of above with lovely salad. Special was $12.If your going to charge top price then you should present a top quality dish. If your going to have someone serving your customers then you need to make sure that that person makes your customers want to come back!

Same basic range as most other stores like this, Clean well presented but lacking in any good/interesting wine at a reasonable price.

Even though the kitchen was closed for another 30 min and we adults were consuming drinks we were not allowed to give our 1 year old chips purchase from outside. We got told by the manager that we either have to feed her across the road and leave our drinks behind or wait until we could purchase food at the hotel. You would think if you pay $7 for a Happy hour scooner you would receive some sort of a costumer service.

Non smoking tables surrounded by smokers. No eftpos overcounter. Pity, has the potential of being a nice place. Decided not to eat there because of the aforementioned. A bit behind socially accepted times.

I'd like to give Zero Stars!On 23/04/2016 we (6 adults & 6 kids) had supper at Kalbarri Motor Hotel Restaurant. About 15 mins after placing our orders the pizzas were ready and were delicious. 30 mins after getting the pizzas I went in to enquire about the other dishes. The lady was quite rude - flapping her hands at me and telling me loudly that this is the way it's done, there's nothing she can do about it and I'll just have to wait.The remaining dishes were finally ready just over an hour after ordering and my sister and I went to fetch them. As I picked up a couple of plates, the lady said quite sarcastically, You COULD say thank you
