Great service. The people in the Harvey Norman store tried to corner me into buying a new phone instead of getting a replacement battery. When I kept refusing I went to Happytel where they did a speedy replacement at a fraction of the price of a new phone. My phone is now good as new. Go here it is better for the planet and for your wallet.

I've been shopping here for a while now, and every single time I have the best experience. Just recently I took in my kids iPads looking to buy tougher cases and was told to not waste any money, what I had was really tough. Highly recommend.

Super Happy with Ian's repair on my Iphone 7above & beyond what I asked him to rectifyoriginally took it to him to repair charging dockalso wanted to replace my original battery (7's are known for short battery life)Whilst he had it apart he noticed some damage to my circuit board which explained a few other things that where going on with itI left it with him to finish the job said will be ready overnight maybe a dayhe called me within an hour or so & told me it was readyNO CHARGE on Circuit board repair etc come get it in the morning (Sat)Nina the Manager was there i also had asked them to throw on a new screen saver , paid for repair etc & went back to my car plugged it in wasn't 100%happy went back Nina checked it with her charging cable & asked me to go to my car to see if it works..I did & went back all 100% She also gave me her cable free of chargeExtremely HAPPY with HAPPYTEL StrathpineNote: I'm a return customer service is always spot onRegards again George :)

DO NOT GET YOUR IPAD REPAIRED HERE.Had a screen replacement done on an iPad Air 3.They did not fix it properly. They bent the case of the iPad. The home button wasn’t secured. When I called to make an appointment to have the home button fixed they accused me of having it repaired previously. Which I did not.The screen turned green in places. 6 months exactly after the screen was replaced it cracked out of the blue.I took it to Apple, who informed me that the screens are unable to be replaced, apple will replace the whole iPad. I had to buy a new iPad to replace it. When I went back to happytel to have the screen repaired under their 6 month warranty they said they couldn’t because it cracked. It cracked because of their terrible workmanship.
