Constantly chasing for a response ( on multiple occasions ) and often had to make contact 4 or 5 times over several days before I would get a response. However if its money owed, you will hear from them incessantly until payment is made. I have spent more than $35,000, and only when money is owed do you get action. Exhausting trying to get a response and chasing for work to be completed. There are parts of the system that don't work properly and it seems easier to get someone new to fix up what hasn't been done properly
