Very shabby workmanship. Paintwork was terrible and uneven, and clumps of SNS were left between nail and skin. Expensive for what I got. It felt very rushed. I also don't enjoy it when people of other cultures speak to each other in their language in front of clients, it's rude. I will definitely not be going there again.

Very rude staff. The way they talk to me and my family oh god i have never experienced that in my whole life. I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The ladies were nice enough to take me in even knowing my service would run slightly over closing time, but that’s where the good stops. Had two women work on my nails. One wiped glue on my hand purposefully and ignored me while the other used the drill thing on such high speed that it was hurting because she was just rubbing back and “buffing” the skin on either side of my nails. Messy finish and not cleaned up/around. Do not recommend at all.

I would never use this shop again she filed my nails back so much they still hurt. She didn't communicate with me at all during my visit she spoke to the lady next to her in a different language, no even the worst part was the fact that the nails I paid 80 dollars for have started falling of 6 days later worst I've ever been to.

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. I had my nails done on a Friday (acrylic with gel polish) and by Saturday morning the gel had started peeling... Absolutely disgusting service. Would never recommend to my worst enemy. Extremely disappointed in the owner of this place!!

Absolutely butchered my nails and damaged several of them. Trimmed them so short they ache. Very upsetting.

Wonderful service I highly recommend . I had a manicure and French tips done today . Customer service was on point woker always asked if I was happy with the shapes / length of the nails including polish . Woker was not speaking with other workers in there own language witch was a breath of fresh air and made the experience very relaxing witch is what we expect when trying to enjoy some self care .

I went here on a whim and I regret it. I got a full set of acrylics with gel and they are pretty bad. The nails are all uneven - too thick in some places, the shape is different on each nail and even the gel polish was applied Poorly. The staff were lovely during the minimal conversation, however the job was just done bad.

Had the works done, had to sit for 2 hours, most of that spent waiting while they attended to and served customers that came in after me, didn’t paint nails properly, had a design and they had a big blob left on the nail, looked shocking so asked her to fix it, she wasn’t happy and used a file to remove, then tried to patch it up instead of doing it again, nail polish then looked dull, no shiny topcoat added so I asked another lady to do add the top coat, she looked at the nail design and I could tell she thought it looked tacky but said nothing. Very rude person that served me although one staff member was quite nice, I don’t recommend this place especially when there is so many others in the area to choose from

Experience was bad. My daughter went and got false nails put on. They didn't cover her own probably, the shape was not straight and the tips were badly painted. Went back to complain, she attempted to fix them resulting in drilling her own nail away and her skin causing her to bleed. Will never go back and hope others don't have to experience this as well. $75 she paid
