Appalling service when recently purchasing a property through this sorry excuse for a real estate agent. Wing and Jacky were poor communicators throughout the entire process and were rude and obstructive in obtaining the keys for nearly a week after settlement. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

I seldom write reviews, especially negative reviews about anything. However, I'm too upset with my experience with the intermediary. The service is not professional and the agent is not being responsive.I'm really disappointed with the agent, Christine C. She's being unfriendly to me during the inspection. On that day after the inspection, she sent the application form to me in afternoon. On that day after I sent the application form back to her, and never heard from her ever again. After several days, when I tried to call her for a follow-up, she did not pick up my phone and did not call back. When I texted her and asked some questions, she also just replied only once and ignore my other messages.In the end, the deal is not completed because the room is rented to someone else.

I have rented a few apartments in my time and there has only ever been one other agent who has taken quite as good care of me as Christine and her team. Anything that went wrong in the apartment eg door sticking due to high winds was fixed within a week, no push back, no ignoring my requests, just quick action. For this reason I was so sad to leave the apartment. The final inspection was not an issue, there were a couple of items that needed addressing but they were legit and I was happy for Christine to arrange for these to be remedied. I have recommended Loyal Venture to others and will continue to do so. Definitely an agent with integrity. Thanks Christine, Wing and Claudia.

The team is Excellent !! I have stay in their rental apartment for more than 5 years and they never disappointment me ! Their quick respond & follow up which I never happen with other PM. If I come back to Mel in 2 yrs time and I definitely will rent from them again !
