This store’s website showed me they have the stock for Aptamil essensis formula whereas the staff told me they couldn’t locate any of it. Appreciate if the store could put more effort on making their stock information more accurate so the customer will not have to drive 40 minutes for nothing.I eventually left the store with disappointment.

Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The manager gave me a small sample gift because I purchased a few things. That was unexpected and generous. Thanks!

Worse service ever happened in the chemist warehouse. Already pay for delivery online, but the staff called me ask me to pay again for the delivery otherwise need to pick up by myself. I refuse to pay through the phone. I went to pick up, back home and found out the delivery free did go through. It was charged including my delivery fee. I called them ask for refund the delivery fee, provide them my order number, they deleted my order number, said couldn't find my order, the order number is my receipt through online, the store manager laugh said could refund the delivery fee to me but need my receipt, the order number is my receipt, he never order online before? if not chemist warehouse should give me other receipt then. Just ridiculous, worse service ever.

I bought moisturising cream with Click & Collect, they are very sneaky to give me this with a short date, it's a waste of time to bring back and exchange ,i will never go back to shop there again ！

Just had a horrible experience with the pharmacist there, lazy man and didnt want to serve me probably because 5 mins until closing time. Will be calling to complain tomorrow. Had racial and sexist undertones. So disgusted to be treated like this. Will not be going back.

Would give this no stars if I could. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had - specifically from the pharmacist. Waited for over 10mins to be served even though there was no other customers. Asked for an over the counter medication, the pharmacist Kevin was blatantly rude and condescending who clearly has a superiority complex with customers and hates his job.

Excellent customer service - the staff today as always in this store are so friendly and helpful - this is an exceptionally busy store in the city centre and yet the staff always take the time to assist and answer any questions. Service with a smile.
