Uber eats delivered the incorrect order & it was late the food was cold. I call Rocket Boy Pizza to let them know what happened. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful & the Manager ensured the correct pizzas would be made again and delivered within 20min he was true to his word. Thank you! The pizza is great and we will order with you directly next time :) PS thank you for the vouchers.

Best pizzas in the area! Hot, fresh and delicious; with just right amount of toppings for the ultimate scrumptiousness:) Also, excellent customer service.On busy nights it may be a while before you get your pie, but it always is so worth the wait:)Keep up the great and yummy work guys!

Worst customer service, will not be returning. I walked in and ordered and the girl at the counter barely said a word and wasn't paying attention. They were not busy, the oven wasn't even on yet. Took my order and my money and I waited outside for 40 minutes.Go back inside and staff are standing around eating pizza and they never put my order through so I waited all the time for nothing. Requested a refund and hangrily went to Vitaly down the road instead. Staff there much more professional.My first and last experience ordering food from Rocketboy.

Ordered through Uber Eat at 6:30pm. Got the order at 9:30pm.People on the phone are not customer-friendly. Apparently they wait for a driver to respond before starting to cook the order and blame the driver when they cancel the pick-up because they don't want to wait 25min for the pizza to cook. Serious logistic issues with this place.EDIT - apparently, it's an issue that's been happening over more than a year looking at review history.

Pizza and related items delivery isn't hard... I know this, I did it as a job as kid, its even easier when you use a 3rd party delivery service... all the items the customer has ordered and pre-paid for are neatly printed out and also available on a screen for you to look at. And all you have to do is put those items into a bag and had it to the driver who will bring it to the customer.When you can't even do that, you should reconsider being in the food industry.

Long wait time and the most greasy pizza I’ve ever eaten. The only thing I could taste was oil. Bottom of crust was doused in what looks like vegetable or olive oil. Pizza box was soaked through.

We just got rocket boy pizza Randwick, we ordered and collected in store - and went to our car to eat it and the pizza’s were freezing cold and absolutely so dry. We are so disappointed as the Rocketboy pizza in Maroubra we recently had was amazing. Staff unhelpful when we had an issue with our payment method. We are really upset by this experience considering we waited in store when the restaurant had just opened!

An absolute disaster of a service and a food quality received!2x XL pizzas ordered (prawns too not just basics) with misleading delivery time, waited 1.5hrs on Saturday after 6pm, having being told it would take 20min or so.Had to call to follow up on order and asked myself (not offered by staff) to be given something as a side freebie due to an incorrect info, the manager Rajiv agreed on a garden salad.As it arrived I was totally appauled that someone can call that a 'freshly made salad'!It was soggy, brown, old and definitely not freshly put together!!Photos taken as a proof.Won't be ordering there again. Feel like I need to be reimbursed for the pizzas. Shame on you Dan and Rajiv!

As much as I enjoy the food, tonight was quite possibly the worst service I have ever received.After finishing work late, I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad online on the way home expecting to be able to have dinner shortly after getting home. Instead, it took 1.5 hours to have a pizza delivered from a shop 1km away.What was more aggravating was that after an hour waiting I called the shop and was told the order was leaving the shop now - somehow it took 20minutes to complete a 4minute drive after 8pm mid-week in a suburban area.Staff on the phone were also not able to tell me if certain toppings/sauces contained gluten, surprising given that they heavily advertise their gluten free bases which was the main reason we chose RB (I was dining with a coeliac friend). The lack of knowledge of product appears to be a training problem throughout the company as i did try to check other stores and they also could not answer and it is not listed on their website.Not sure I will be ordering from here again, given they are unable to advice on dietary requirements or provide reasonable service. There was nothing convenient about this delivery.
