I made a purchase from the owner of this company who presented himself as a genuine, honest and sincere person. Fact of the matter is that he is NOT this at all, so if you are looking for a person with integrity and ethics, then I'd suggest you go elsewhere. Once he has your money he wont return calls or emails to discuss the issues I had with the purchase. Very disappointed.

I wish I could’ve read this guys reviews before, I had a leakage issue in my pool and contacted this guy and told me it’s the leak in solar not in the pool as I can see the leak with zero experience that leak was in the pool.He pretend that he fixed the solar leak and pool water will not go down charged me $1500.00 he did this in winter at that time solar was not in use so can’t even tell weather the leak was fixed or not.This month when I turned the solar system on it still has leak our neighbors can see the water fountain on our roof.I messaged him again to explain that I am very disappointed that the service he did and charged me for is not resolved he replied me back that I should waste some one else time not his. Is that how you treat your customers I am shocked how you even has a business when you even don’t do the basic stuff.This guy really doesnot value your time and money.SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I had these guys do some work on my pool, they misdiagnosed the problem and installed valves and equipment that was not necessary. I replaced the filter and all the problems where fixed. Alan and his assistant took hours to clear a line. Adept Pools equipment was faulty and I was billed for time spent repairing the their own gear. I objected to the $3,000 invoice and explained that $100. per hour was excessive.After years of haggling Ive paid $2,000. Not pleased at all.

Adept has been looking after our pool for many many years. Allan provides excellent, professional service and advice and is very willing to assist when we seek his advice. Highly recommended.
