Lovely unit, staff very kind and accommodating, , right on the beach, fantastic views. Would recommend.

Terrible staff and Terrible service. The manager opened the door and walked into the apartment at 10:30am without even knocking on the door while we were getting dressed. We booked through their website that We checked out at 11am and they overcharged our card $70 for 1 hour of late checkout when we've actually arrived late at night and were told 11am is standard checkout on the website we booked through. Also aircon didn't work in any of the rooms so it was impossible to sleep, also there was construction noise very very early in the morning which made it get any sleep. I would not recommend dealing with these people.

Just beautiful so close to the beach. Clean and quiet

Great property, nice 3 bedroom apartment and a great pool and spa. Sue was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. We stayed here Feb22 when the floods were on in northern NSW and SEQ and we ended up having to be more people than were booked as some of my family couldn't get home due to road closure. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay somewhere nice but are on a budget.

Beautiful spot clean a bit dated but I would definitely stay again.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are a bit outdated and need some TLC. There is no lift at all and lots of stairs around the property so we struggled with the pram and kids each dayLocation to the beach is great. Lovely waking up and looking at the beach each day. The #700 Bus is right out the front and is very convenient.

I loved to wake up with a view of sunrise over the ocean and to go for a long walk on the beach

Nice place, very nice location. All rooms have a view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach.
