Poor customer service - I was sold an obectively faulty product, yet they did not accept a return. Staff were unhelpful and confrontational throughout the whole process.

I’d just like to say how much I appreciated this lovely lady’s help today at Universal erina, I didn’t catch her name but I was in there around 12.30 she was helping me with a outfit for an award night. She was the most kindest sales person ive ever had an interaction with, she was so helpful and genuine.

One girl in a Calvin Klein Jeans tee was super lovely and was so nice and made my friend and I feel super welcome and looked after, but the rest of the staff I came into contact were extremely rude and made me feel like a pest. When I got to the register I asked the lady serving me if they had compliment cards so I could compliment the girl from earlier as she truly stood out in comparison to the other staff. The lady said she was the manager and I could tell her the compliment. This lady who told me she was the manager had treated my friend and I so poorly from our first interaction on the fitting rooms to when I asked to compliment the one girl. She insisted I leave a google review after me constantly saying I wanted to just compliment the one girl and not the store as I wouldn’t go back there again. I was going to purchase a lot more but left it at the fitting rooms as I didn’t want to support the store after being treated so rudely. I can understand being suspicious of people stealing but I was wearing tight clothes and no bag and cane out of the fitting room with everything I came in with ??Super snobby staff and poor customer service apart from the one blonde girl in the Calvin Klein tee the day they opened :).

Cooper and a few other staff members were absolute legends helping me sort out clothes and tedious requests re gift cards. Very patient group of people and great service
