Booked a meeting 6 weeks prior to possibly have some assistance and when no contact was told the appointment was cancelled. Would not speak to us until we contacted the NDIS and asked for the manager to call me back which didn’t happen.Have been involved with my wife’s disability for 6 years and had 30 yrs experience in the health field and feel if they can’t be bothered following up then what are they like with their care service.Very disappointing
